1. Lie on your stomach with elbows directly under your shoulders.
2. Press your forearms gently into the floor.
3. Lift your chest while keeping your pelvis grounded.
4. Relax your shoulders away from your ears.
5. Breathe slowly and evenly throughout the pose. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
Exercise notes:
Lower slightly if pressure builds in the lower back.
Keep your neck long and relaxed.
To deepen the stretch, hold the pose for longer if comfortable.
