Seated figure 4 stretch gently stretches the hips and glutes while supporting lower body mobility and flexibility.

1. Sit tall in a chair with both feet flat on the floor.
2. Cross one ankle over the opposite thigh.
3. Keep your chest lifted and gently lean forward from your hips if comfortable.
4. Relax your shoulders and breathe steadily. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
5. Return to an upright position, uncross your leg, then repeat on the opposite side.

Exercise notes:
● Keep the supporting foot firmly on the floor.
● Avoid pressing down on your knee.
● Sit more upright for a gentler stretch.
