1. From a standing position, step one foot forward and one foot back.
2. Lift your back heel off the floor and bend your front knee, stacking it over your ankle.
3. Raise your arms overhead with shoulders relaxed.
4. Keep your chest lifted and hips facing forward. Breathe deeply and hold the pose for 20-30 seconds.
5. Return to standing, then repeat on the opposite side.
Exercise notes:
● Keep hands on hips if shoulder mobility is limited.
● Shorten your stance to make balancing easier.
● To make the movement more challenging, gently pulse up and down.
