Staying active. It’s not only good for your physical health, it’s essential for your overall wellbeing, especially during COVID-19. So if you’re staying at home more you don’t have to stay still. Whether you’re after a gentle introduction, ideas for the kids, or a power workout, there’s heaps you can do every day. Just start searching for the right thing for you.

If you’ve recently been unwell, are new to physical activity, have a health problem, or are concerned about the safety of being (more) active, speak with your doctor or health professional first.
