Podsquad
Podsquad is a free play-based wellbeing app for children aged 5-12 years and their families. Kids learn about eating better, moving their bodies more, and the importance of sleep through bite-sized lessons, tailored to their wellbeing goals. They’ll earn rewards for their online activities, but more importantly for completing offline, real-life quests.
QCWA Country Kitchens
The Queensland Country Women’s Association (QCWA) Country Kitchens program is designed specifically for people living in regional, rural and remote areas of Queensland to adopt healthier behaviours. Learn nutrition basics and cooking skills to help you create delicious and healthy meals, while building friendship, community and connection.
Deadly Choices
Deadly Choices aims to educate and empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to take control of their health by making healthy choices for themselves and their families, such as eating healthy, being physically active, not smoking or vaping and connecting with their Community Controlled Health Services (CCHS) for an annual 715 Health Check. Find out more about the deadly work they do.
