Storage: Chickpea koftas can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Beetroot hummus can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
Kids in the kitchen tips: Depending on your child’s age and skill, they can help measure the ingredients, mix the kofta ingredients together, and shape the koftas using a spoon.
