Wander, Wonder, Talk walkshops for active participation in Queensland

This session explores how participatory walkshops can bring communities, decision makers and local partners together to understand and improve walking environments. The session also highlights the Safe Cities, Safe Streets for Women and Girls project, exploring how environmental barriers and perceptions of safety can affect women’s participation in physical activity and walking, particularly in urban environments and after dark.
