Plogging: outdoor physical activity for human and planetary health

This session explores plogging — combining recreational walking, running, hiking or outdoor play with picking up litter. The approach provides an opportunity to connect physical activity with environmental sustainability and community wellbeing, while encouraging discussion about how health and active living professionals can incorporate plogging into their work.
