This sweet and refreshing watermelon slushie is the perfect drink to cool down during summer. It makes for a unique offering at family BBQ’s, a yummy after school snack, or the perfect addition to a hearty breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • Fresh mint
METHOD:
  • Place watermelon flesh and crushed ice into a blender. Blitz.
  • Serve straight away in a tall glass and garnish with mint.
