Watermelon slushies
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup watermelon
- 3 cups crushed ice
- Fresh mint
METHOD:
- Place watermelon flesh and crushed ice into a blender. Blitz.
- Serve straight away in a tall glass and garnish with mint.
