How to steam veggies
 
  Steaming is one of the simplest ways to cook vegetables while keeping their nutrients, colour and flavour. All you need is a pot, a steamer basket and your favourite veggies.
Method
Step 1
Boil water in saucepan.
 
                          Step 2
Place a steamer basker or metal colander/strainer in the saucepan, ensuring it is not touching the water.
 
                          Step 3
Drop cut cauliflower into steamer.
 
                          Step 4
Replace lid, cook for 3 minutes.
 
                          Step 5
Remove lid, drop in cut broccoli.
 
                          Step 6
Replace lid, cook for 3 more minutes.
