ECHO® Registration Disclosure Statement

As a licensed Project ECHO® Hub, Health and Wellbeing Queensland is required to collect registration and attendance details for each of our ECHO® series. Project ECHO® uses the iECHO software program, based in the United States of America, to host data for each Project ECHO® Hub. The system’s purpose is to track ECHO activities world-wide. Your individual data will be kept confidential and may be used collectively in reports, maps, communications, surveys, quality assurance, evaluation, research, and to inform new initiatives. By continuing with your registration, you are providing consent to your details being collected and entered into iECHO.
