Eat yourself to health
You can boost your immunity and Eat Yourself To Health by changing your diet in two very simple ways:
1. Eat up!
Adults are recommended to consume at least five serves of vegetables (75g per serve) and two serves of fruit (150g per serve) per day. So eat up Australia!
2. Branch out!
Variety in diet is important. Next time you shop, branch out and buy a type fruit or veg you wouldn’t normally.
