Clinician Wellbeing

Undoubtedly, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the health system and those working within the sector. It is more important than ever for our greatest assets – frontline health workers – to look after their own health and wellbeing.

There has never been a more important time to ensure the healthcare workforce is supported adequately with strategies to cope effectively with the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The following links provide a range of strategies, tools and resources implemented in Australia to support the healthcare workforce.
