ConnectingQ ECHO® Session – Overcoming inequity

Don’t miss this upcoming ECHO® Series session on overcoming inequity, which will look at how the Logan region in South-East Queensland is addressing health inequity. Participants will hear from passionate advocates about how, through developing a dynamic strengths-based approach working across health and education systems, local government and not-for-profit community organisations are addressing health inequity in Logan. Learn how this partnership has successfully delivered culturally appropriate support, using swimming lessons as a mechanism to address inequities apparent in the multicultural community across health literacy, health education, overall health and wellbeing, access to services, cultural awareness, employment and social inclusion.
