How to dice and chop garlic

Method
Step 1
Remove a clove from the garlic bulb. Use the flat side of the knife to crush clove and crack outer husk.

Step 2
Peel clove.
Step 3
Cut the clove cross ways into thin slices.
Step 4
Turn the clove 45 degrees and cut it cross ways.

Step 5
Use a rocking action when cutting and leave the tip of the knife on the board and use the rear part of the knife to do the cutting.
