Strawberry smoothie

This refreshing strawberry smoothie blends sweet, juicy strawberries with creamy yogurt for a perfectly smooth and energising treat.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 300g fresh or frozen strawberries (approximately 2 cups)
  • ½ cup milk, reduced fat
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt, reduced fat
METHOD:
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
