Start your day strong with this vibrant smoothie bowl. Packed with fibre and healthy fats, it’s a simple way to fuel your morning. The Greek yoghurt and oats add a protein boost to keep you feeling full, while the almonds give it a satisfying crunch.

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 125g greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 20g rolled oats
METHOD:
  • Place the banana, baby spinach, yoghurt, frozen berries, and rolled oats into a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass or bowl and sprinkle with slivered almonds on top.
RECIPE NOTES:

Add a splash of water or milk to smoothie if needed.
