Mini Quiche
INGREDIENTS:
- Wholemeal Bread
- Eggs
- Spinach
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Zucchini
- Cheese
METHOD:
- Make up some speedy mini quiche by placing flattened wholemeal bread (crusts removed) into a muffin tray as your base, then top with whisked eggs- filling each muffin hole is 1/2 full, finally top with diced/grated vegies (like spinach, capsicum, carrot and/or zucchini) and cheese. Bake at 180°C for 15mins or until golden and set.
