Gingerbread Overnight Wheat Biscuits

This breakfast recipe makes it easy to get a healthy start to your day without much brain power. Make it ahead of time and leave in the fridge overnight, for a grab-and-go option in the morning.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 wheat cereal biscuits
  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat milk
  • 150g reduced fat Greek yoghurt
  • Cinnamon spice, to dust
METHOD:
  • In a bowl or small container, crush wheat biscuits and mix them with spices and milk. This forms the base.
  • Spread yoghurt over the base.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Cover and keep in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
