Strawberry smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g fresh or frozen strawberries (approximately 2 cups)
- ½ cup milk, reduced fat
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt, reduced fat
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
