Strawberry Ricotta Toast
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices wholemeal bread, lightly toasted
- 8 medium strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup ricotta cheese, reduced fat
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Finely chopped mint (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
METHOD:
- Spread ricotta on toast
- Top with sliced strawberries and your choice of toppings
- Serve immediately and enjoy
