INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread, lightly toasted
  • 8 medium strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Finely chopped mint (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
METHOD:
  • Spread ricotta on toast
  • Top with sliced strawberries and your choice of toppings
  • Serve immediately and enjoy
