How to stir-fry with oil

Method
Step 1
Heat frypan.
Step 2
Measure 1 tablespoon of pure vegetable oil or olive oil and pour it into frypan.
Step 3
Tilt the frypan to evenly coat the base with oil.

Step 4
Drop cut vegetables into hot frypan.

Step 5
Stir with tongs or spoon, keep the veggies moving.

Step 6
Pour 1-2 tablespoon of water into pan to speed up cooking process.

Stir until cooked.
